1. Service Delivery (Shipping)
- Uncodemy does not ship any physical products.
- All courses, training programs, learning materials, and services are delivered in digital or in-person format.
- Access credentials, course links, or onboarding details are shared via email, WhatsApp, or the registered student portal within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
- In case of offline or classroom training, joining instructions are communicated separately after enrollment.
2. Exchange Policy
- Since Uncodemy provides intangible digital services, exchange of services is not applicable.
- Once a learner is enrolled in a specific course or program, it cannot be exchanged for another course, batch, or service.
- Any request for changes will be reviewed at Uncodemy's discretion and is not guaranteed.
3. Delayed or Failed Access
- If a customer does not receive course access or onboarding details within the specified time, they must notify Uncodemy within 48 hours of payment.
- Our support team will resolve access-related issues on priority.
4. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
- Some courses may involve access to third-party tools, platforms, or software.
- Uncodemy is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers.
