👋 Hi, I'm Adarsh Jha – a passionate and performance-driven Senior Full Stack Developer and Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in building scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.
🚀 I build production web platforms end to end — Java & Spring Boot on the backend, React on the front, AWS underneath. Over the last three years I've led a team of 15 developers, scaled a platform to 500K visitors, and pushed 100K emails a day through a queue. I like owning a feature from database schema to deployed container.
