Uncodemy Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to every learner who pays a registration fee or course fee to Uncodemy Edutech Pvt. Ltd. ("Uncodemy") for any training program. This includes payments made on uncodemy.com, through Razorpay payment links, by UPI, card, net banking, or at an Uncodemy centre.

It covers classroom training at the Uncodemy Delhi centre in Shakarpur Extension, live online classes for learners across Delhi NCR and India, and hybrid formats. The fee, syllabus and career support are the same across all three formats.

Yes. Uncodemy offers a free demo class so you can see the teaching style, meet the trainer and review the curriculum before you enrol. No payment is needed to attend a demo.

In rare cases Uncodemy may need to cancel or reschedule a batch, for example due to low enrolment or trainer availability. Uncodemy will inform you and offer another batch, timing or learning mode.

If Uncodemy cannot start your batch within 30 days of the committed start date and you do not accept an alternative, you may request a full refund of the fee paid, as set out in the Uncodemy Refund Policy.

Yes. Uncodemy may remove a learner from a batch for misconduct, harassment, sharing paid course material without permission, or a violation of Uncodemy's terms and conditions. Such removal is not treated as a cancellation by Uncodemy, and fees are not refunded.

No. A completed EMI transaction cannot be cancelled by Uncodemy.

• EMI conversion, interest, processing fee, tenure and billing are decided by the issuing bank or financing partner, not by Uncodemy.
• The EMI amount shown on a course page is a starting figure. The final amount depends on the tenure and the bank or lender you choose.
• Questions about EMI schedules, interest or foreclosure must be raised with the bank or lender. Uncodemy can share your enrolment details with them if you ask.

Email info@uncodemy.com from the email address you used at registration. Use the subject line "Cancellation Request" or "Batch Change Request", followed by your name and course.

Include your full name, registered phone number, course name, current batch, payment ID and what you need. Our team may call you on your registered number to confirm. A cancellation is complete only after Uncodemy confirms it by email.

Uncodemy may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, replaces all earlier versions of Uncodemy's cancellation terms. The policy in force on the date of your payment applies to that payment.
