Cancellation Policy

• Once a payment is successfully completed, cancellation of the order is not permitted.
• Enrolment in any Uncodemy course, program, service, or subscription is considered final and non-cancellable.
• Access to learning resources, mentorship, software tools, and support services is granted immediately after payment; therefore, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Refund Policy

No refunds shall be provided for:

• Online or offline training programs
• Digital courses, workshops, or bootcamps
• Subscription-based services
• Mentorship, placement assistance, or consulting services

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error resulting in failed service access

Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.

Refund Processing Timeline

• If a refund is approved after internal verification, it will be processed within 7–10 business working days.
• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Uncodemy is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

EMI Transactions

For payments made using Credit Card EMI (including HDFC Bank EMI):

• Once the EMI transaction is completed, cancellation or refund is strictly not allowed.
• EMI conversion, interest charges, tenure, and billing are governed by the issuing bank's policies.
• Any disputes related to EMI schedules or charges must be addressed directly with the respective bank.

Payment Gateway Disclaimer

• Uncodemy uses trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
• Uncodemy shall not be held liable for transaction failures, technical errors, or delays caused by payment gateway providers or banking institutions.
