Uncodemy Refund Policy

This policy applies to every registration fee or course fee paid to Uncodemy Edutech Pvt. Ltd. ("Uncodemy") for any training program, whether paid on uncodemy.com, through Razorpay payment links, by UPI, card, net banking, or at an Uncodemy centre. It covers classroom training at the Uncodemy Delhi centre, live online classes across Delhi NCR and India, and hybrid formats.

If you paid the course fee as a one-time payment, the refund depends on when you raise the request:

Uncodemy refunds the full amount in the three cases below, after verification:

Uncodemy does not refund fees in the following situations:

• A request raised after 30 days from the batch start date, for any reason.
• Fees paid through EMI or a third-party loan or financing partner.
• Not getting a job, or not getting a particular salary, role or company after the course.
• Removal from a batch due to misconduct or a violation of Uncodemy's terms.
• A request found to be fraudulent or based on false information.

This applies to all classroom, live online and hybrid programs, workshops, bootcamps, mentorship and career support services. If your plans change, you can also ask for a batch, mode or trainer change instead. See the Cancellation Policy.

No. Uncodemy provides career and placement assistance, not a job guarantee. Assistance includes resume building, LinkedIn optimisation, portfolio review, interview preparation, mock interviews and sharing job openings from our hiring network.

Hiring decisions are made by employers. Uncodemy does not guarantee a job, a salary or placement in any specific company. Placement results are therefore not a reason for a refund.

No. Fees paid through credit card EMI or a financing partner are not refunded by Uncodemy.

• EMI interest, processing fee, tenure and billing are decided by the issuing bank or lender.
• Foreclosure of a loan can be requested directly with the bank or lender. If you raise it with Uncodemy, we will pass the request on to them.

Email info@uncodemy.com from the email address you used at registration, with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]". Include:

1. Your full name and registered phone number.
2. Course name, batch and mode (classroom, online or hybrid).
3. Payment date, amount and transaction or payment ID.
4. The reason for the request, with a screenshot or bank statement if relevant.

Our team may call you on your registered number to verify details. Requests from unregistered email IDs or phone numbers may not be processed.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

The amount is credited back to the original payment method only. Taxes such as GST are adjusted as per applicable law. Your bank or payment gateway may take extra time to show the credit. Uncodemy is not responsible for delays on their side.

Uncodemy accepts payments through trusted gateways such as Razorpay. Uncodemy is not liable for transaction failures, technical errors or delays caused by payment gateways, banks or card networks. If money is deducted but your enrolment is not confirmed, write to us as explained in Section 7.

Uncodemy may refuse or cancel a refund where it finds fraud, misuse, false information or a violation of its terms. Raising a chargeback with a bank without first contacting Uncodemy may delay the resolution.

Uncodemy may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, replaces all earlier versions of Uncodemy's refund terms. The policy in force on the date of your payment applies to that payment.
