Uncodemy Refund Policy:

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is applicable for any Candidates purchased for the goal/category Uncodemy Centres (“Registration/Admission”) by paying a Course fee (“Registration/course Fee”) on www.uncodemy.com and/or the Uncodemy Mobile Application (“Platform”) or through UPI made available by Uncodemy Edutech Private Limited (“Company”).

This Policy shall govern the terms and conditions towards the refund of the Registration/Course Fee paid by a user or learner on the Platform towards the Admission. (“Admission”)

In the event the Registration/Admission does not meet the expectation and/or requirements of a Candidates due to any circumstances, or limitations from the Company’s side, the Candidate may request a refund of the Registration/Admission Fee by writing to the Company (“Refund Request”) and provided such a Refund Request falls within the “Refund Window(s)” provided below and the same is accepted by the Company, such transaction stands cancelled, and the Registration/Admission Fee shall be refunded to the Candidate in the manner set out herein, subject to any deductions as may be applicable as per the terms and conditions set out in this Policy.

  1. Refund of Registration Fee
  2. As per our refund policy, if you are not given a new batch within 30 days from your date of registration or your issues are not resolved, then the registration fee will be refunded by Uncodemy.

    Once you join the batch, the registration amount is not refundable. We will provide the facility to change trainers or batch timings as per availability, if needed.

  3. If the Candidate has purchased a Course for any batches with One Time Payment (OTP), and raises a Refund Request during the Refund Windows provided below, the Company shall refund:
  4. 85% of the Course Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 7 days from commencement of the batch.

    70% of the Course Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 30 days from commencement of the batch

    0% of the Course Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised after 30 days from commencement of the batch.

  5. In Case of EMI/third party loan financiers:
  6. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, there shall be no refunds initiated for Course Fee paid through any third-party loan financers. However, the Subscriber shall be permitted to request for the foreclosure of the loan. The request for foreclosure may be raised with the Company or directly with third party loan financiers. If the request is raised with the Company, the Company’s obligation shall be limited to passing on the information to the third party loan financier.

  7. The Company shall not be liable to provide any refunds,
  8. For any reason including lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the batch / Trainers, for any Refund Request which is received by the Company after the expiry of the Refund Window i.e. 30 days after join the batch. With respect to any requests for Refund Request received by the Company after the expiry of the Refund Window, the Company shall have the sole discretion to decide if any refund should be provided to such Subscriber, in whole or in part.

  9. Refund Process
  10. To process the refund the Company may contact the Candidate to verify details within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of request. Therefore, it is mandatory to raise a Refund Request from the registered email id and phone number of the Candidates only.

    While the Company shall refund the Registration/Admission/Course Fee there shall be deductions towards, interest and taxes, as applicable. Whilst every effort is made to provide an excellent learning experience, the Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the refund in any event where we have identified a fraudulent activity attributable to the Subscriber requesting such refund and cancellation, including without limitation violation of Platform Terms and/or applicable laws. In such circumstances there shall be no re-attempt of refund made to such Subscriber.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@uncodemy.com and send your item to B 14-15, Udhyog Marg, Block B, Sector 1, Near Noida Sector-15 Metro Station, Delhi NCR Uttar Pradesh 201301

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: B 14-15, Udhyog Marg, Block B, Sector 1, Near Noida Sector-15 Metro Station, Delhi NCR Uttar Pradesh 201301.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from
your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
