How many classes can I bunk and still stay at 75%?
Enter what your attendance register shows. The Bunk-o-Meter tells you exactly how many classes you can skip, or how many you must attend in a row to get back above the line.
Attendance Register
Semester so farRough count is fine: lectures per week × weeks left. This adds your full-semester bunk budget to the result.
Many universities apply the minimum per subject, so one weak subject can block your exam form even when the overall figure looks fine.

How the attendance calculation works
With A classes attended out of T held, and a required minimum r (0.75 for 75%):
Example: 42 attended out of 52 is 80.77%. At 75% you can skip floor(42 ÷ 0.75 − 52) = 4 classes right now. If 30 classes are left, you need 62 of 82 by the end, so you can skip 10 of the remaining 30.
Questions students ask
Is 75% attendance compulsory in every college?
Most Indian universities set 75% as the minimum to sit the end-semester exam, but the exact rule is in your university's ordinance. Some autonomous colleges ask for 80% or more, and some apply it per subject rather than overall. Use the chips above to set your college's figure.
Do labs and tutorials count separately?
Often yes. Many colleges track lab and theory attendance for the same subject as separate entries. Switch to Subject-wise mode and add them as separate rows.
What if I am below 75% because of illness?
Many universities allow condonation of a shortage for documented medical reasons, usually up to a limit and on application through your department. Ask your HOD early, before the exam form deadline.
Why does my portal show a different number?
Portals sometimes round, count labs as two hours, or update a few days late. Use the numbers from your latest register entry and recheck before you plan a skip.
