What Is a Workspace?

A workspace is a shared area in Postman where collections, environments, and requests can be organized and accessed by an entire team, rather than kept on a single person's machine.

Creating a Team Workspace

You can create a new workspace, set its visibility to Team or Private, and invite collaborators by email. Everyone added gets synced access to whatever lives inside it.

Real-Time Collaboration

Changes made by one teammate - like editing a request or adding a test - sync automatically, so the whole team always works from the same up-to-date collection.
